SALL Annual Golf Tournament - Friday July 19th

To All Friends, Coaches, Parents, and followers of Shelton American Little League,

We are holding our annual Golf Outing on Friday, July 19th, at Whitney Farms Golf Course in Monroe, at 1 p.m.This tournament is a major fundraiser for our league, and it is a great day for all!

The cost is $150.00 per person, and that includes golf, beverages on the course, and a full sit down dinner with an open bar directly after the golf ends. The format is a scramble format with prizes for first, second, and third place groups. Their will be money holes, and other raffles as well, capped off by the final raffle which will be a $1000.00 gift card to Golf Galaxy. With 18 teams in the league the concept is easy: Every team needs to bring at least one foursome, and have at least one hole sponsor, which is $100.00 per sponsor sign.

League Board members need to try for two foursomes for each of us.

The Shelton American Little League is operated solely by the help of volunteers. The majority of help comes from the parents of the little leaguers, but you don't need to be a parent to volunteer your time! There are numerous areas where Shelton American Little League can use help such as Coaching, umpiring, field maintenance, fundraising, and events coordination and events coordination are just a few of the areas where you can show off your skills!

Lend a hand in support of Shelton American's youth by volunteering a small portion of your time. The experience is rewarding! You will maximize the quality experience young players will have in the Shelton Little League.

Help to work at an event, such as the annual field clean up, snack stand, or just sponsor one of our many teams throughout the league.

The success of our league rests on the efforts of the volunteers who commit their time and effort to help improve our league. Every year a few more people choose to get involved and make a difference in their child's life. We need help with our snack bar, field maintenance, construction projects and tournament game preparations, just to name a few...... Please show your support for our league and volunteer.
