All Star Update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Updated:  05/27/2008 at 8:55 AM

Hello everyone,
Just a quick note to update you on the all star stuff....... Attached is an eligibility form for you to fill out for

your child if he/she would like to be considered for all star selection. Please print it and fill it out and return it

to your manager at your next game. if your child does not want to be considered then no action is necessary

on your part.
Please remember when filling out the form DO NOT include any vacation information as this is the reason we use these forms, either your child can commit or not.....
We Do Expect players that check "eligible" to be able to

attend all practices and games....let's be fair and honest so no player is excluded

Also....there will be all star tryouts soon....an email will be sent with that information

Managers, Games scheduled for Sunday May 5th...............

Updated:  05/05/2008 at 9:55 AM

I am very disappointed that there were no games played at the fields between 9am till 1:30pm on Sunday

May 4th!! I switched the games from Saturday the 4th to Sunday the 5th at the request of many of the teams.

This re-scheduling was to accommodate teams which had lineups impacted by the communion activities.
A phone call or an email should be exercised if you feel you cannot field a team on a given day.
Nobody is to take it upon themselves to cancel or reschedule any games without consulting with me first!

Thanks

Tim Kulish

Managers, Pitch count clickers will be provided by the League.

Updated:  04/22/2008 at 9:55 AM

Managers & Coaches, the League will be providing each team a pitch count clicker for each game but they must be returned to the snack stand or the league president in order to control the operating condition and availability for each game. Failure to adhere to this will result in the league to convey the cost to those managers or coaches who do not return or damage them.

Thanks

Tim Kulish

Opening Season Games moved to the 21st.

Updated:  04/16/2008 at 6:50 AM

Sorry for the delay in sending this message. The season will start with the games scheduled for Monday the 21st.

This is due to the vacations for so many players and my thoughts of fairness to everyone with regard to the first

game of the season. The games scheduled for this weekend will be rescheduled later if time permits.....
The practice schedule for the rest of this week and Saturday will remain the same so get that extra

practice in if you can.....

As for uniforms, they will be ready this Thursday (or so we've been told) please have either yourself (manager)

or a representative for your team at the Nike site at 6:30 to get your stuff.

I will also be sending out the final versions of the rules for the season for the A & AA & AAA divisions. These will be

adhered to and there will be no "pre-game deals" made by managers & coaches in order to change the rules for

any reason.

Raffle Tickets!

Updated:  04/8/2008 at 3:48 PM

Coaches... just a note...please take any raffle tickets that parents may have.....we will make a time to turn

them in.... also, very shortly you will get envelopes to hand out to the parents that have done the raffle buy

out and have Rock Cats tickets coming to them.

Thanks
Tim Kulish

Safety First!

Updated:  04/3/2008 at 3:00 PM

Managers and Coaches, please do not allow a player to practice or play if he is not wearing an athletic supporter

in accordance with Little league rules.......no excuses......it's easy to do a cup check with the boys (tap tap tap)

.....they can get sliders that the cup goes into so they cannot say "i don't know how to use one"...!!!!
