Rules for the 2008 Season

 

 

 

 

       1. Minimum play is 3 defensive innings(2 consecutive) and 1 at bat.(all 3 innings do not have

            to be consecutive, but the substitution rules must be followed, (rule3.03p55)

     

      2.  Stealing is allowed

 

      3.  1 Adult base coach and 1 player base coach

 

      4.  Games during the week will begin at 5:45pm and a new inning will not begin past 7:50pm.

 

      5.  Saturday games will begin as scheduled and a new inning will not start after 1 hour 50 minutes

            have been played.

 

      6.  Good sportsmanship is a MUST.

            No questioning judgment calls of umpires. If a book rule is

            misinterpreted by the umpire (ie: infield fly), coaches may approach the umpire in a civil fashion,

            and after agreement from the umpire a call can be reversed (please do so immediately).

            If not, the call stands. Riding the Umpire by either coaches or players will not be tolerated.

 

      7.  Pitching rules are Little League book rule.

      8.  Special pinch runners can be used in accordance with Little League   rule book.

 

      9.  Rainouts will be decided by the managers and reported to the division director for re-scheduling.

 

 

 

All other rules will be Little League book rules
